1. Acceptance of terms

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Membership & accounts

Membership in the Waqtun Club is derived from watch ownership — you become a member because you own a Waqtun watch, whether purchased, gifted, transferred, or received through a PR allocation. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

3. Purchases & orders

Purchases are made through our Shopify store. All orders are subject to availability and to acceptance by Waqtun. For limited releases and drops, additional rules may apply, including quantity limits and allocation rules. Prices, product descriptions, and availability may change without notice.

4. Watch ownership, serial numbers & NFC

Each Waqtun watch carries a unique serial number and functions as a physical asset, a digital identity, and a membership key. Ownership is activated when your watch is prepared and assigned to you. Your NFC card is a secure identifier tied to your membership; it must not be tampered with, cloned, or used to misrepresent ownership.

5. Warranty & repairs

Eligible watches are covered by a warranty whose terms depend on the product and applicable allocation. Warranty and repair services are provided through the Waqtun Club. Damage from misuse, unauthorized servicing, or normal wear may not be covered.

6. Acceptable use of the Club

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that are not yours.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the platform or its security.
• Misuse NFC cards, serial numbers, or ownership records.

7. Intellectual property

The Waqtun name, logo, designs, content, and platform are the property of Waqtun and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our prior written permission.

8. Transfers & future marketplace

Ownership of a watch may be transferred, and every transfer is recorded permanently in our system. Future marketplace and transfer features may be subject to additional terms presented at the time those features are made available.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Waqtun is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Egypt, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
