A few simple habits keep your Waqtun watch looking and performing its best for years. Here's how to care for your piece and your membership card.
Caring for your watch
- Wipe the case and crystal with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and oils.
- Avoid harsh chemicals, solvents, and perfumes on the case and strap.
- Store your watch in its box, away from extreme heat, humidity, and magnets.
- Only expose your watch to water within its rated water resistance.
Straps & bracelets
Keep leather straps dry and away from prolonged moisture. Clean metal bracelets gently with a soft cloth. If a strap needs adjustment or replacement, reach out and we'll advise on the right option.
Movement & servicing
Like any fine timepiece, your watch benefits from periodic servicing. If you notice changes in timekeeping or performance, contact us rather than opening the case yourself — unauthorized servicing may affect your warranty. See Warranty & Repairs.
Your NFC membership card
Your Waqtun card is a secure identifier linked to your membership. Keep it away from bending, extreme heat, and strong magnets. The card never stores your password — if it's lost or damaged, contact us to have it deactivated and reissued.
